Please share the following Suggestions for Sending Cases with your staff members.

By including the following items with every case, we will be able to consistently and accurately produce the highest level of functionality and aesthetics for patient restorations:

     1.     Completed Rx - please make sure the prescription is complete
     2.     Impression and/or Study Model
     3.     Opposing Model
     4.     Bite Registration
     5.     Photos, if available
     6.     Implant parts, if applicable

Photos can be email directly to Albert Tassi Dental Studio. Just click on the following link and attach your  photos: info@tassidental.com  Please Reference the Doctor’s name; patient’s name; and tooth numbers in the subject line.

Please put the case items into a Infection Control Bag AFTER disinfecting. Place the Rx Lab Slip in outer pocket of the Infection Control Bag  after securing the impression in main bag area utilizing the “peel n’ stick” strip. To insure infection control practices, DO NOT enclose photos, Lab Slip or non-contaminated implant parts in main bag area. Please place these items in the outer pocket ONLY to avoid contamination.

We will disinfect and re-package prior to returning the case items to you.

Step 2: When packing, bundle multiple cases in the same box in separate plastic bags.
